Risk disclosure
xDesk is software, not investment advice. The Stargen Enterprises LLC is not a broker, an investment adviser or a fiduciary, and does not hold your money or place trades on its own account. The bots’ output is generated by AI models from public information and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
Trading currencies, commodities, stocks, crypto and memecoins carries a substantial risk of loss, including the loss of more than you expect if markets gap through stop orders. Memecoins can go to zero in minutes, be rugged or be impossible to sell. Past or simulated results (Demo and Paper) do not predict live results. You alone decide whether to trade, which rules to set, and whether to let xDesk place orders automatically. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Terms of use
The software
xDesk is licensed, not sold, for your own use on up to two computers per account. You may not copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it, or share your account beyond that limit.
Your accounts
xDesk connects to brokers, exchanges and wallets you choose (such as OANDA, TradeLocker, Capital.com, Alpaca, Bybit and Solana wallets). Their terms and fees apply between you and them. You are responsible for the keys you enter and the orders sent from your accounts.
Plans, payment and tokens
- Free covers Demo. Basic, Pro and Max each cover 30 days (or 12 months when paid yearly) from the payment being confirmed, and do not renew automatically.
- Payment is in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) or Tron (TRC20), sent to the address shown in the app, in the exact amount shown. Network fees are paid by the sender.
- Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us. A payment on another network, in another token or of another amount may not be recoverable; contact us with the transaction hash and we will look into it.
- xDesk tokens pay for the AI. A plan’s monthly allowance doesn’t carry over; top-ups, gift and referral rewards last while your account is open. Tokens have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred or refunded.
- When a plan ends, xDesk returns to Free (Demo). Orders already placed at your broker are not changed.
No warranty
xDesk is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output is accurate, or that third-party services will be available. To the extent the law allows, The Stargen Enterprises LLC is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of xDesk.
Changes
We may update xDesk and these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
Privacy
Stays on your computer
Your broker and exchange keys, your wallets’ private keys, your trades, meeting transcripts, logs and briefs. Keys are encrypted with your operating system’s key store or keychain and never sent to us.
Kept with your account
- Account: your name, date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older), email, phone, and the avatar and goal you pick.
- Plan and payments: your plan, and the network, amount and transaction of each payment, as recorded on the public blockchain.
- Computers: a one-way hash of each computer’s ID (never the ID itself) and the app version.
- AI use: how many tokens the bots used. AI requests are sent without your name or email.
- Settings you choose to sync, and which version of the terms you accepted.
We do not sell your data. The services that run xDesk, and what they receive, are listed in the full privacy notice.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
